The PURIDE LF3051-DLT insertion-type level transmitter uses a high-performance single-crystal silicon sensor element fabricated with MEMS technology. Its modular design and precision manufacturing deliver a reference accuracy of ±0.05 % of span and long-term stability better than ±0.1 % of span over 3 years.
An integrated signal-processing module performs static-pressure and temperature compensation, keeping readings stable across wide variations in static pressure and ambient temperature.
The transmitter is fitted with a direct-mount (rigid) diaphragm seal with an insertion sleeve. The flush diaphragm isolates the sensing element from direct contact with the process medium, and pressure is transmitted to the measuring cell through a silicone-oil fill fluid, protecting the sensor while preserving measurement accuracy.
It converts the measured hydrostatic pressure into a 4–20 mA DC output with superimposed HART digital communication, and is suitable for continuous level measurement in tanks and vessels containing viscous, corrosive or high-temperature media.

- The minimum span is the greater of the minimum span given in the range-code table and that given in the level-flange table.
- The adjusted span shall not be less than the minimum span.
- The maximum span is the lower of the transmitter body maximum span and the span corresponding to the level flange rated pressure.

- Mounted through the level flange, the transmitter can be fixed in any position.
- The optimum condition is to keep the axis of the process flange vertical.
- Any positional deviation produces a zero offset, which can be corrected by zero adjustment.
- The electronics housing can be rotated through 360° and locked in any position with the set screw.
